How to incorporate Art into your home

I was asked to contribute my insight for an article on “How to incorporate Art into your home” by Ryan Smith from Redfin. Redfin’s mission is to redefine real estate in the customer’s favor. I shared my love of arranging my watercolor art in a gallery wall. If you’ve been to my home or visited one of my Art shows you have seen me use this technique.

Melissa Hyatt: One of my favorite ways to incorporate artwork into a home is to create a gallery wall. Choose one common thread, a color theme, the frame color or a cohesive style of artwork. In this collection I chose to feature all watercolor artwork with an eclectic mix of frames. Collections of artwork such as this create a focal point for any room in your home.
