This watercolor painting captures the beauty of South Harbor Beach in Southold NY on Eastern Long Island. This view is facing in towards Richmond Creek where the white fishing shacks are seen. I love these unusual structures and paint them often. This is a special spot to paddle board as well.

I spotted this view at beach day with my son’s 6th grade class, snapped a photo and enjoyed painted it to capture the magic of that day.
