When- Saturday March 1st 10-1130 am EST via ZOOM. A recording of the class will be avaialble upon request after the class is completed so you can watch it over again or at any time.

We will sketch the lighthouse, mix colors, and paint this lighthouse step by step.

Join me and paint along! We will use my “Latimer Lighthouse” art as inspirtaion. I love to paint lighthouses and spend many hours on the weekends exploring them! This lighthouse is located in Long Island Sound it’s part of Suffolk County NY, sits near Fisher’s Island close to the Ct Shoreline.

Painting is a great way to relieve stress and lower your blood pressure, among other health benefits.

Grab your watercolor paints and supplies! Or what ever you are comfortable using.

Here’s my list of supply recommendations-

Watercolor palette and paints- You need at minimum a yellow, a red and blue the primary colors are a great foundation to work with. But don’t go crazy buying supplies!

Round watercolor brushes sizes 4,6,8,10 or whatever you have

paper towels

watercolor block or watercolor paper taped to a board recommended size approximately 5” x 7” , 8” x 10” or a watercolor sketchbook

pencil and eraser

small spray bottle of water or eyedropper

and a water jar
